I typically don’t have a hard time sleeping - but the quality if the sleep varies time to time. I’v been using this for just under two weeks now and I have slept incredible well since. It’s helps calm and slow me down before bed. My dad on the other hand has a hard time sleeping. Since using this, he’s also seen an improvement with his sleep as well as a relaxation in his body - which typically us achey and sore. We’re very happy with the results we’ve had and would recommend this to anyone sharing our experiences.
